Ever since I met Elvis on my first trip to Puerto Plata, I have been supporting the Domino Foundation, a remarkable charity based in Puerto Plata, dedicated to providing underprivileged children with the tools they need to succeed in school. Led by the compassionate duo of Elvis and Bianca, the Domino Foundation is making a profound impact on the lives of countless children in the community.
I know Bianca as a tremendously sweet, concerned woman, who is
wholeheartedly cares about the fate of the children at DR.
As a donor you become involved in the process that begins as soon as
you make a donation. She shows you what the donation
is possible and you even get to see which child on
helped, so you also get a name and a face with the
children. That makes sure you always know that your donation is going to a good place.
And it is and always will be much needed, so see what you can spare, it
is always put to good use.

The Domino Foundation ensures that children can go to school. Reading is so important! A letter from the municipality, a book of stories, a contract. You help your parents by reading a letter. And you can learn a profession. I'm glad I can contribute a little bit to that.
Why I support the Domino Foundation. Education is the key to getting out of poverty. Poverty, hunger, teenage pregnancy create stress and that inhibits opportunities for a better life.
Children are the nurses, engineers and electricians of the future!
From my own experience, I know that the opportunity to get an education is basic. The idea that you can give that to a child simply by making sure they have access to education is my motivation for supporting the Foundation. Giving money is one thing, knowing that it will be practical and well spent adds value.
We believe it is important to offer our customers the opportunity to support a good cause through donation of deposits. Domino Foundation is such a charity and has been on our packaging machine. Our customers have thus contributed to giving Dominican children a chance for a better future.
I think it is great that through Domino Foundation children get a chance at education. Something that should be obvious to every child but unfortunately is not, I hope that with my donation at least one child will have a great school year.

Hi, I was in the Dominican Republic. What a beautiful holiday destination, beautiful nature and sea. Super relaxed. A friend told me about the Domino Foundation. Helping those kids with school supplies. I didn't even know that was necessary. Yeh, why not donate? As a gift for the hospitality of the DR.
Unsere Flitterwochen gingen in die Dominikanische Republik. Wir fuhren zu den Wasserfällen, machten eine Katamaranfahrt mit Champagner und hatten ein fantastisches Hotel. Superromantic und ich habe diese Reise sehr genossen. Ich kann es empfehlen. Mein Mann und ich sind daher Spender der Domino Foundation. Auch die Kinder auf der Insel haben ein Recht auf eine Zukunft, genau wie unser Kind.

Because there are direct lines of communication with the local population there and the money is also spent there, it all ends up well. And of course the most important thing is that the children there get a good education.
What a fantastic foundation the Domino Foundation is, run by highly motivated people to make just that difference for fellow human beings.
I myself had the opportunity to live on the North Coast for almost 5 years and what a great time I had!
However, I have also seen the other side of the coin and know that there is a lot of poverty which means that not everyone can get an education.
